Data Investigation tools not working

Hello Community,

I am trying to learn Data Investigation tools but some tools are not working and I am getting an error message.

How can I work around it and practice the tools?

Sometimes this happens when a different version of the predictive tools are installed compared to the version of Designer that is installed. Can you uninstall the predictive tools and reinstall them with the same version of your designer?
