Data Import via TIBCO Data Virtualization ODBC Driver

Hello All

 

I am trying to import data into Alteryx using a TIBCO Data Virtualization ODBC Driver (ODBC Generic) but I am unable to.

 

When I use the input tool to, I can see the database, tables and column names however, when I attempt to write a query, I get the error "WIN32 Exception" and when I run the workflow, I get the error "Error: Input Data: You have found a bug.  Replicate, then let us know.  We shall fix it soon." I am able to run the queries and view the data via TOAD so I have access to the data.

 

I was wondering if there was any solution. There is a similar support request on the Alteryx site (Add ODBC support for TIBCO Data Virtualization) from 2019 but I am unable to find a solution.

  

Please assist.
