What is the default time-out value for the workflow if nothing is specified in the data connection of the SQL server?

Hi @aswadv4 ,

If you are running the workflow locally then there is no timeout setting of which I am aware, but if you are running this on a server then the timeout value is governed by the configuration of the server:

This, by default is set to zero, meaning no timeout.

Check with your system admins to ascertain this value.

If you are connecting to a remote server then this will governed by the remote connection and/or server settings.

Hope this helps,

M.

You may also be hitting a timeout that could have been set when someone built the ODBC connection.    I would check that if you are referencing that in your Alteryx connection and your server/gallery/studio settings look good.
