Data Cleanse Merged Cells

Hi,

I have a horribly set up data table in Sheet1 of the attached workbook and was wondering if I could convert what it is in Sheet1 to what it looks like in Sheet2.

Is there any way to easily do this in Alteryx?

Let's say I had 20 columns of data. Is there a better way to do it so that I don't have to use Multi-Row 20 times?

This is a better solution for many columns.

Sorry, forgot to add the Unique (All fields) at the end to remove duplicate row 2.
