Hi @Ronal_bal 

 

It's a bit tough to work on a screenshot, but if you transpose the data first, grouping by TR and Shift Date, then cross tab grouping by TR and Name, using the Shift Date as columns and the Value as the Values, you should get pretty close to what you're after.
