As an example, I have this data -

Trying to group by the name

Could you please help how I can group the alert numbers by name?

If this isn't what you are going for can you explain what you how something fits into alert 1 vs alert 2.

This works.  I had not seen @apathetichell solution posted when I started.  I was too slow, but it looks like we used slightly different approach.  

UPDATE:  Note, I switched Alert from a byte to a string to use the Sum tool.  I switch Alert back to a byte in the last Select tool.
