Cross Tab tool

I am using a Cross Tab tool to make my date field become the new column headers. The output from the tool is replacing the dashes (2019-07-31) with underscores (2019_07_31) for some reason. Any suggestions on how to get it to stop doing that? I tried to convert the date field to string first and it didn't help.

Hi @MMKimmerle,

I'm afraid you can't stop it, but you can use the Dynamic Rename tool afterwords to replace the "_" with the "-" and restore the original date. See below:
