Creating a rolling stock position

I am trying to create a workflow that contains products, their stock levels and their rate of sale in the last 12 months.  I want to try and use the current stock/l12m sales to get a Quantity per month and then use the calculation to create a stock position by month of what the normal sale would do to the stock.

I also have the expected delivery date and quantity and want to add this in to then add to the stock position when the stock is due.

I have put some example data into the flow below along with the end format I would like but with the requested calculation on stock levels

Any help or advice would be great
