Creating Separate Line Items

Hi I have the following data, any idea how to separate them out into lines from this:

Company	Rev A	Rev B	Rev C	Rev D	Rev E
ABC	123	-	-	456	789
DEF	1011	1213	-	-	-
GHI	-	-	1415	1617	-

To this:

Company	Rev_Category	Rev_Amt
ABC	A	123
ABC	D	456
ABC	E	789
DEF	A	1011
DEF	B	1213

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
