Create Fuzzy match from 2 different column in same sheet

Can we do a fuzzy match from 2 different column within the same worksheet?

 

For example - Say this is my 2 data columns (screenshot 1) and I want to match the data from other working sheet data (screenshot 2)

 

Match Screenshot 2 data with the Screenshot 1 data(both columns)
