I created this pivot table in Excel. The data will display based on the Agency and Years filter criteria. I’m able to publish the data into Excel using workflow but do not know how to add the Agency and Years filter. Does Alteryx support this? I appreciate your suggestions and help?

Creating a dropdown in excel from an Alteryx data output? That is a no without some fancy coding to amend excel after output.
Alteryx will output the data, not an interactive excel report. One option is to possibly set up the sheet in Excel and then output the data to a range in the sheet if you really need that interactivity. I'm not well versed in that, having never needed it, but there will be many posts on here for outputting to a range if that solution fits.
