Create Custom Demographic Variables in Allocate

I am creating Custom Demographic Variables in Allocate.

I am follwing the instruction from http://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Knowledge-Base/Create-Custom-Demographic-Variables-in-Alloca...

However, when i opened Allocate, it poped up  "There are no data sets installed. Allocate cannot continue". I cannot even get into Allocate.

Any Help would be appreaciated so much.

Many Thanks

You need to first install the Census data set.  Download it from here: http://downloads.alteryx.com/data.html

And run the self extracting exe file, then run the data install exe to install the dataset.  Once you're done, in Alteryx, under user settings you'll now be able to pick that dataset for demographics and follow the instructions from the other post to create virtual variables.
