Counting days in between two dates

I am having trouble calculating a "days past due" between two dates 

For example, 11/01/23 and 11/05/23 - I am wanting to calculate the days in between those two in a new column

DateTimeDiff([Date Received],[Document Date],'Days')

Would a formula like this work?
