Counting Number Range

Is there a way to count the number range from a column. Similar function to number filters in excel.

Please see attached sample, the color matches the output.

@binu_acs  Hello! I ran the workflow today and saw an amount more than 5mm, but it doesn't reflect on the output. I saw the formula was already in ABS so not sure why.
