Copy amounts to another row's null values

I have data that has replicated a line and the values are split between the two lines.

I'm guessing a Multi row formula will work, but I don't want to type the specific totals in for each change....ie A total, then B total, then C total.

I have attached the workflow that I started with.

Here is one way of doing it:
