Copy Data from one row to the other

Hi Everyone,

I have a data set where the number needs to be copied from one row to other row which has the same reference in another column.

I have attached the actual and expected sheet which, I hope, should help to provide context on what the expected results are

Your formula works directly.  but if there are times when the data in the same group is empty in the previous row and the current row has data, and sometimes the previous row has data and the current row is empty, a more flexible solution is needed. 🤝
