Converting an Excel file into a Json file

I am having issues trying to convert the "Data Model (Alteryx).xlsx" into a JSON file. I can get a JSON file but not in the format attached. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to think about using the JSON build tool, after you figure out the exact schema you want.  https://help.alteryx.com/20214/designer/json-build-tool
