I want to convert  2022-05-13 and 13-05-22 to 13-MAY-2022 can anyone help? Thank you

Does this do the trick for you? The second formula is obviously optional, depending on whether or not you're precious about the uppercase 'MAY'. Workbook attached:

Thank you the year thing and is it possible to show March as MAR, April APR in the same date eg o/p should 13-APR-22

Sure is @srk0609 - Just use a lowercase %h instead of %B, as shown here (have added a couple extra dates to show it working as MAY obviously doesn't change):
