Converting Column Header into Rows

Hi, 

I have the following data set. (example below)

NewYork and Boston as headers. 

New York	Boston
Store A	Brand A
Store B	Brand B
Store C	Brand C

How can I convert NewYork and Boston into rows (with a different column name - Area) while assigning the remaining rows an extra column name? (Label)

Area	Label
New York	Store A
New York	Store B
New York	Store C
Boston	Brand A
Boston	Brand B
Boston	Brand C

The attached solution uses the Transform and Sort tools to achieve the desired structure. A Select tool then renames the fields.
