Convert Txt data to structured data

Hi Team 

I am new to convert .txt files to proper data. Could you please help me out to convert unstructured data to structure data.

I am attaching required txt files to convert - please provide me the logic on how to convert those ? - Thanks in advance.

@Vishwak these files are fixed length, so to split the fields you can use the same excel text to column option here. I split the first file with a fixed field length
