Anyone else run into this one?
I'm on version 2023.2, and when attempting to build a batch macro including a control parameter, the macro doesn't generate the input anchor for the control parameter (the ¿ symbol) at all. The macro's config screen seems to understand that there is a control parameter present, as I can see the drop-down to choose my control parameter column; but there is no anchor on the macro to connect a data stream.

It works now after I delete and replace the Control Parameter tool.
I am sorry but I can only assume the original Control Parameter tool was corrupted somehow.
Thank you, @Qiu ! Feel silly I didn't think of that (although I wish it wasn't necessary).
I tried this fix with 2 new, different batch macros after restarting Designer; had the problem of a missing control parameter anchor in all those cases, so it does seem that something is up with my Control Parameter tools generally, rather than being specific to that macro. Luckily, removing and replacing the control parameter seemed to fix it, though.
Thanks for the feedback.
Just the PCs, sometimes restarting it fixes your problem and we dont know why. 😁
Reporting that both myself and a student had this same issue in 2024.2 today. This solution worked, though.
