Need to generate draft email using below dataset.
I have used Table tool from Reporting category to format the columns, need help to consolidate it.

| 12345 | Indirect/Near Incorrect CO C123.03 03 (Top 20) | Summary: Columns 0050 and 0060 in the file report CO has been incorrectly represented during the submission blah blah blah.
Background: As per the system technical standards, these AVA columns on C32.03 should be presented using pre-diversification levels.
Issue: The impacted columns instead were shown as post-fgshdg (the correct figures should have been twice the numbers reported). Operational error was caused by selecting an incorrect field when translating the data from system1 to system2
