Consecutive formula

Hi,

In the below screenshot, the row 7 have the consecutive based on the row 6 and date of return 7/9/2024 and date of depature 8/9/2024 one day different also considered consecutive. How do I make the row 6 to have the same form id i.e 807 because they both are consecutive. Similary the row 11  - form ID 799, how to make the row 10 to have same form ID as both return and departure dates are 6/10/2024. 

Attached the workflow as well, if you can pinpoint the isue and let me know how to fix it.

Attached is the excel. The ones highlighted ones are continuous between Date of return vs Date of departure.  One day differneces in the day is also considered continous.
