Whats the easiest way to create blank rows below my dataset using the generate rows tool?

Alteryx seems to overcomplicate some of these tools. I just want to create a few extra rows at the bottom of one of my data set before merging it to another dataset to create a break in the data. Whats the easiest way to do this? Would the generate rows tool work best or is there a fairly straight forward formula I can use with the formula tool?
