Connection Progress - Not Showing though dropdown in canvas option is set to "show"

Hi, 

Cant really figure out what is going on. 

running a workflow, canvas sittings -> connection progress = "Show" but no boxes in the workflow at all. 

Have googled this issue, and searched the community for a solution. but without any luck. 

Can anyone guide me, on what is wrong?

A colleague just answered me : it's just a zoom issue ..!! Try control+mouse roll...

It's looks like @NicolasFabre81 is correct.  I can make the progress appear and disappear by zooming in/out on the canvas.  If you get a chance, can you mark @NicolasFabre81's answer as the solution.
