Connection ID from Alteryx API

Hello Alteryx, 

 

Is there a way to see if we can get connection id from alteryx api. For example, when you have the same name in two different environments but the connection id is different (shown in URL bar). When we migrate a workflow from one env to another. Is there a way to swap the connection id if the name matches?
