Conditional formula that effects multiple existing columns

Hi everyone, 

 

I am switching over from SAS to Alteryx and was wondering if there is a faster method for what I am trying to do. As per the screen shot, based on the value of column Broker_Name and PTR_LOB_SEG_2 the values of column Segment1, Segment2 & Segment3 would be edited. If I use the formula tool I will have to write this formula 3 times and select Segment1, Segment2 & Segment3. Do you know if there is a faster way of replicating the following ?
