Conditional Join..........Condition A or Condition B

Hi There,

I want to do a conditional join to remove order id's listed in order id exclusions.xlsx

In the before picture you will see i have highlighted in color the order id's i want to remove.....id's to be removed are listed in the order id exclusions.xlsx.

If either Order ID North or the Order ID South column contains an Order Exclusion ID found in order id exclusions.xlsx then it needs to be removed from the final list...The Before and After picture shows what i am after.

This is just a small example and in my case there could be hundreds of order id's to remove so the solution needs to be clever enough to scale....i would use a conditional join but can i?

Any help would be great....sample workflow and data attached :)
