Conditional Email

Hello All,

I am trying to send an email when count > 0 titled "Please investigate" , and an alternative email when count = 0, titled " All good" .  However I am running into a problem, the email does not send when count = 0.

I have tried a few different ways to no avail.

I have tried to look through the various conditional email community posts yet have not found anything that has worked.

I'm sorry I can't download the flow, you're using a newer version of Alteryx which I can't download because that's up to my Tech department. Can you screen shot what is in the two formula's?

@SkyD I did not change anything in the formula tools. I took your workflow that you had shared, made changes to how you had connected to count tool and introduced a new filter. Rest all is as your workflow.
