Concatenate 4 rows

Hey guys, so I'm trying to dynamically bring in the name of these columns from an excel sheet that may very from workbook to workbook. I already know how to dynamically isolate or select these rows from the rest of the data set but how can I can concatenate them to get the name in one row.

@Richie059 One way of doing this with the help of Transpose and the cross tab tool
