Compress or summarize data

Dear experts,

I need your help with aggregating information. I can do a similar one with a pivot but i am struggling to achieve same with Alteryx.

So, i have data coming from 3 sources and i had used a union tool to join them together.. However, i want to be able to compress the data before sending it to my DB. I have attached a dummy sample and the desired output using excel.
