Comparing Dates

Hi,

 

I'm trying to compare two fields with dates to figure out if one date is older than another, here is what I have but it does not work.

What am I missing?

 

IF [Campaign Application Date] => [Date Campaign Created] THEN "" ELSE "yes" ENDIF
