Combining Spreadsheets

How can I combine multiple excel spreadsheets into one, but I want each spreadsheet to be its own tab within the joined spreadsheet.

you can output to multiple Output Data tools - some will be the individual tabs and one can be the combined version!

I tried that, I transformed the data how I needed it then added multiple outflows for each of the spreadsheets and gave each outflow its own tab name and I just get errors saying it can't open the file to write.
