Combine rows with like data in first column

Can anyone help with combining like rows or data?  For instance if the data in row 1 column 1 is the same as row 2 column 1, then add the  rest of the columns, to have a single row with totaled columns.  I have attached a photo of my table, i would like to be able to combine rows 7 and 8 to have "BC" with "TOTAL-15" = 272, and so on.  I have tried to figure it out with the multi-row formula but I cannot get the syntax right.
