Combine Header rows

Hi Team,

My header row which is an export and connection to excel has 2 rows instead of 1. Is there a way I can combine this on the file import.

Thanks the table then contains data on the next 100 rows. I am running into some issues.

Yes for now but later will be accessing directly from DB, then I may not have this issue. But first I need to concat first 2 rows as header

@AltExplore If you are using excel as input then select the option in the input tool
