Maybe you could me on this. See attached input file.

 

I would like to have output same as is since I'd like to automate it in the email so I would no longer be using the copy-paste.

@KamenRider you mentioned you are creating this file using a excel macro, wondering why dont you update the same macro to send the mail from there? That is the easiest way of doing. Just a suggestion
