Clearing null rows

Hello,

I have a set of data that has three rows at the top, a null row, a row of text, followed by a null row. I would like to remove the null rows so that I can promote the row of text to the headers. When I use the data cleanse tool, remove null rows, it removes all three rows, even the one with text. Any ideas why it is removing this middle row? Suggestions on fixing this?

The first image is before the cleansing, there are three rows at the top. The second image is after the cleansing and all three rows have been removed, even though one of the rows is not null.

Thanks!

@eglover  I think it may have moved elsewhere in the table. Maybe you can test it with recordID and then reorder it
