Checking the date

Good morning,

I would like to delete from the columns DECISION, DATE FROM, DATE TO data if the date has already passed. On the other hand, for those items for which the deadline has not yet expired, I would like it to show how many days are left.

Original table:

This is the result I would like to obtain:

I have been struggling with this for some time and cannot get past it, please help.

Hi @Ab02 ,

You can use a multi-field formula tool to achieve this, by checking if the [DATE TO] value is before todays date.

EDIT : Added the formula tool at the end to estimate the difference in days. Not sure why the [TO DATE] values you have in your screenshot and that you have provided in your dataset do not match though. Is there something I'm missing?

Hope that helps,

Angelos
