Checking if one data point has multiple variables

Hello! 

I have a question on how to write a formula to check to see if one contract - that has multiple line items has multiple variables (Fixed Fee- Usage, Fixed Fee - time, T&M". 

Contract ABCD - Line 1 - "Fixed Fee - Usage"

Contract ABCD - Line 2 - "Fixed fee -Time"

Contract ABCD - Line 3 - "T&M"

In this case - there would be 3 different variables

Contract ZXVY - Line 1 - "Fixed Fee- Usage"

Contract ZXVY - Line 2- "Fixed Fee- Usage"

This case is 1 contract with all of the same variables.  

Any help is appreciated!

Here's a very simple test attached where you can find this count of distinct variables for each contract ( data point ).
