Check if a column exist

Hi there - i have files which may contain a column. i want to create a formula which checks if it exist. if it does it should delete the column, if it doesnt then it should continue as normal

 

i am wondering what is the best approach for this

Is there a solution on this now? I have the same issue on Cross Table. I need to ensure there's always the currency type say "USD". Sometimes there's no USD transactions and I want to have it added showing value as zero.
