Check box trigger

Hi,

I have 5 checkboxes and bascially i want users to check the ones that they need and it should subsequently trigger the workflows of those that were checked by the user.

But in this case, when i run the workflow, it seems like criteria 2-5 still trggered even tho they are unticked.

Could anyone please advise why this is the case?
