Changing some horizontal information to vertical information

Thank you for the prompt response. This is what i looking for. 

I compare my solution and your solution and the main difference is you have added the ID column. Can i understand further on the concept / reason of adding the ID in this scenario?

@SH_94 , You can use deselect this field further if not required. I added it because else during cross tab it would have concatenated the data for all months in one record based on the group by columns selected. If you check I selected this column as part of group by to get all months data in different records.
