Hello - I have been searching but am unable to find the formula for my particular situation. Can anyone please share the formula with me for the following:

If my column titled [WBS Description] contains the word "Learn" then I want the value in the column titled [Service Type] to be changed to "Training"

I can't seem to get the formula correct. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hi @ronrona96

Use a Formula tool set the column to [Service Type] and use the formula

IF Contains([WBS Description], "Learn") THEN "Training" Else [Service Type] ENDIF

You are a blessing! Thank you so very much for answering at this late hour. I am very grateful. My output was not set to right column.

Have a great night.
