Change enconding on a zipped input file

Hi all, I wanted to know if it was possible to change the encoding of a file being input as .zip (cannot be unzipped because it's too large). I'm aware that you can change the encoding of a csv file but what if it's being input as a zip? I need to update the encoding to Unicode UTF-8 so it can read correctly chinese characters.

Hi @AlexRP - Do you have Option 8 and Option 15 in your Input Data tool?
