Change Column and Column Width in Excel

Hello, I'd like to inquire about the process for the following tasks marks (have not figure it out yet) in Alteryx:

1. Trim All Fields: have use the "Data Cleansing" tool

2. Change Column Order: have not figure it out yet

3. Insert a Column in Column D with Header 'header' and Fill with 'T': have use the "Formula" tool

4. Adjust Column Width in All Columns: have not figure it out yet

Both can be achieved by "Select" tool.

Hi, may I inquire about what steps to take if the 'Size' option has become faded out?

The 8 here is not refer to the 8 digit but 8 "byte" and it can store huge number
