Cells merging

Hi there!

I was hoping someone could help with a problem I am facing. 

I have some data which I need to get from Alteryx in the specific format - first 2 column headers must be merged with the cells above(in yellow):

Does anyone know how we can do it?

Appreciate any help that people can provide.

I had tried to use this solutions, but it shows only how to merge whole columns,

But I need to merge only 2 specific cells 😢(similar to the drawing I have attached).
