Cannot open PDF File for Image Input - Alteryx Intelligence Suite

I'm using Intelligence Suite to extract data from PDF files. However, Alteryx seems not able to open the file. For security reason, I cannot upload the file here but it looks similar to other files that I can open, except some horizontal pages. I tried creating a separate horizontal file and it works normally.

This is the error message: "Unable to open ....", I checked the log file which states exactly the same, pretty disappointed.

Is it just this specific file? 
Are they all in the same folder?

If you make a copy of that PDF, does it read in the copy?

If @TheOC's suggestions don't work, open case with support@alteryx.com.  You should be able to work with them find out why the specific file isn't opening without sharing your file with the wider community.
