it was a schedule weekly workflow, but it cannot access based on the logs.
it have error happen but just happen sometimes.

Only quick thing you can do is setup event to get mail when it fails so you can rerun manually.
Based on the times of the error, could it be server maintenance?
In addition to @AsmiDesai suggestion, how about creating another app that is scheduled during normal hours that performs a directory check for the file? For instance, I have a scheduled workflow that results in a consistent filename with only the ending having a date of yesterday; file creation date is 2022-06-22 but the filename date is 2022-06-21. Then a secondary app runs several hours later to check the directory for that day's file and if not found, re-run the original app (chained app).
@AsmiDesai it was scheduled after working time in mid-night around (1am - 5am) as it really take that long of time. hence email is not an option.
@Robin_McIntosh The error is on directory tool, and the folder is contain file from 2019 to now. it should have files to read.
beside did other workflow or people access that folder will cause error? like read file, open file and/or save file in that moment.
