Cannot Make Connection on Batch Macro Output Anchor

I am trying to build a batch macro that adds rankings to groups of data sets.  The control parameter includes the unique list of IDs that specify each grouping.  The macro results are correct per the "r" anchor viewer.  I am not able to create a connector between the macro output "r" anchor and the output file (or Browse tool).  What could I be doing wrong?

I've attached screenshots of the macro and workflow.  Thank you.

The problem was fixed when I followed directions.  After updating a Macro while also having the Workflow open, Alteryx prompts that the Workflow must be closed and re-opened before running.  I was able to create connections from the Macro's output anchor after closing & re-opening the workflow.
