Can users of Apps on Gallery schedule runs?

Hello,

One of the users of the app asked me to give here access to schedule the runs. I am the owner of this specific app.  but I am not the Curators(Gallery Admins). I check and the only thing I can do is under users: I edit her as Admin for this specific app.

I don't even know if users of the app can schedule runs?

Hi @idaho8007 

There is a permission to enable users to schedule jobs that your curator can turn on, but it's probably not a great idea to let users schedule on their own as they may not be aware of other scheduled jobs that require server capacity. I'd suggest setting up the schedule on behalf of your user.

A curator (Admin) can give a user the ability to Schedule Jobs.  If they can schedule your app would depend on their access to your app.  Here are User settings that can be turned on or off:

I'm Alteryx Server version 2021.3 so it may be different in a higher release .  Curators can see and set those permissions.  You can't see that detail if you can't get to the Admin page.  A user would see the buttons on the App page like this:
